Firstly, I am not saying that I am the all-knowing, all-seeing breast implant guru. I never will be, I don’t want to be, because there is simply no such thing. Yes, one can know breast implants up, down, and sideways—but that doesn’t mean what they say is gospel as it pertains to YOU. You can know and understand basic scientifc facts and figures—as well as statistics—but when it comes to your body, only you can determine what you prefer. Unfortunately, not many of you will be able to realistically compare each implant type without having multiple surgeries, and why would you do that?
