Thermage: Hurts Like Heck!
I had Thermage a few years ago because it was supposed to be the newest, greatest, blah blah blah. This was before my brow lift and I was looking for a little pick me up, a little more exotic arching of the brows. You know how it goes. My friend over at Fox news had called and wanted to know if I planned on getting it so I said sure, why not. SO off we went to Manhattan Beach…
Gore-Tex Lip Implant Removal: My Experience
I had always wanted fuller lips, and Gore-Tex was the most permanent, but removeable, option at the time. I wasn’t willing to go the silicone route and I was tired of getting collagen injections. Restylane wasn’t even remotely available at the time either. My doctor suggested Gore-Tex, or more correctly GORE S.A.M. (subcutaneous augmentation material). This implant is made from expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) and comes in tubular and flat forms. The facial implants are normally more tubular. Since the implant is solid and easily removable, I agreed to the surgery.
Which Breast Implants Are The Best Choice
Firstly, I am not saying that I am the all-knowing, all-seeing breast implant guru. I never will be, I don’t want to be, because there is simply no such thing. Yes, one can know breast implants up, down, and sideways—but that doesn’t mean what they say is gospel as it pertains to YOU. You can know and understand basic scientifc facts and figures—as well as statistics—but when it comes to your body, only you can determine what you prefer. Unfortunately, not many of you will be able to realistically compare each implant type without having multiple surgeries, and why would you do that?
