Happy New Year!

jphnsplane.jpgI can’t believe it is already 2008.  OMG.  I turn 36 this year……It cannot be.  Father Time is a nasty old man if you ask me.  I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday.  Thank you to all of the readers which make this blog fun and informative!  Your feedback means a lot to me, I love learning about new procedures and staying updated with what is going on with your pursuits.

I’m out in the Midwest on a roadtrip and it is freeeezing here!!! Not as cold as Mammoth last week (it was 1 degree one morning I was there—One degree Fahrenheit!  INSANE!) But it is that bitterly, icey, gray-cold that never relents here in St. Louis.  I often wonder how anyone can live in cold weather like this.  Living in Southern California has completely spoiled me.  :)

Yesterday we flew in a friend’s plane out to his “farm” and on a whim my still.jpgboyfriend took his BASE canopy and jumped out at 1000 ft.  It was a lot of fun, although the door came flying back upon his exit and it broke my nail—yay.  But it was worth it.  Wish I could have jumped but I’m just not there yet. One day…

Again, Be safe and Happy New Year!!

M

St. George,

Wish I could help but I travel to LA for surgery now. I never found a surgeon I liked in LV...
