Lip Augmentation Experience: Would I Do It Again?

injection_dropshadow.jpgI don’t live with too much regret. I say it is better to regret something you have done, than to regret something you have not. At least you tried and at least you know what it is like.

Would I go through some of the procedures or try some of the products I have in the past? No, not if I had to do it over. But, usually if I can go away from an experience with the knowledge to help another, it is worth it to me in some form. I have to admit I regret the lipo in the saddlebag area and the severe brow lift, but the lip procedures I have had did not have long-lasting negative effects.

Of the lip procedures I have had, if I could go back I now know the Gore-Tex lip implants weren’t the best option, and the Radiesse is definitely something I wouldn’t do again. I would try the temporaries such as lip collagen, Restylane and Perlane all over again were I back in the late 90’s – early 2000’s however.

As I have said a million times, I love full lips. I just hope I can achieve those, perfect puckers sooner than later. I am growing impatient, and with impatience comes hasty choices. Patience is not one of my virtues, I assure you. But, I cannot lead by poor example and I most certainly don’t want to come to ‘regret’ anything.

Be safe in your choices…
